Meet our BEMA SENSEI's (Instructors)

BEMA Sensei's
Master
Jeff Soltez is a 5th degree
black belt in Kokondo Karate and a 4th degree black belt in Jukido
Jujitsu. Master Soltez is Chief Instructor of Jukido Jujitsu at Lakeland
Elementary for
BEMA.
Master David
B. Peterson is a 5th degree black belt in Kokondo Karate
and a 4th degree black belt in Jukido Jujitsu.
Sensei Gary
T. Mikasa is a 4th degree black belt in Kokondo Karate and a 3rd
degree black belt in Jukido Jujitsu. Sensei Mikasa teaches and is Chief
Instructor for Kokondo Karate at the Kent Senior Center, as well as
Jukido Jujitsu at Kent memorial Park.
Sensei Mike
Franklin is a 3rd degree black belt in Kokondo Karate and has
been with BEMA for over a decade. He teaches Karate at the Everett
Activity Center and also trains in Jukido Jujitsu.

Sensei Steven Heaps has
black belts in both Kokondo Karate (3rd Degree) and Jukido Jujitsu (1st
Degree). He teaches
youth Jukido at the Kent Memorial Park (KMP) facility.

Sensei Gerry Flock: with
black belts in both Kokondo Karate (2nd Degree) and Jukido Jujitsu (1st
Degree), he is a Karate instructor at the Oxbow Dojo.
