About BEMA: This Boeing Recreation Club was developed to practice the effective method of self defense known as Kokondo Martial Arts. BEMA is affiliated with the International Kokondo Association (IKA) and practices both Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu.
BEMA offers classes in Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu to Boeing employees, their families, retirees and government or civilian contract employees working for Boeing full time.

Practical Self Defense Class
For Men and Women
Self defense is the reason the martial arts was created. BEMA is committed to offering an on going self defense class that is tied to developing a regular work out routine (aerobics, stretching, strength training and mental conditioning). This is not a traditional martial arts class taught with classical basic techniques. This class focuses on effective self defense!
Class Times: 6:30-7:30
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
